GENERAL RENTAL AGREEMENT
- Chauffeur gratuity is not included in your contract. It is left to your discretion on the day of service. It is respectfully recommended.
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
- Deposits are refundable with at least five (5) business dates notice. Otherwise deposits are kept as company credit.
- Bookings are not completed until deposits/credit card info are received.
- Fees are to be paid via e-transfer or credit card at least 48 hours in advance of the pickup time or upon pickup by cash.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Wine&Dine will endeavor to find a replacement vehicle should your limousine suffer a mechanical breakdown while on charter otherwise a refund will be provided for the cost of the limousine.
- Clients are responsible for their garbage and cleanliness of the limousine. A sanitation fee of up to $500 will apply should the limousine be left in a disorderly state.
- Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Clients are liable for all penalties and/or fines. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
- Overtime pay is pro-rated at $150 per hour and will begin 15 minutes after the agreed-upon drop-off time.
- Wine&Dine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or unsafe road conditions. Wine&Dine reserves the right to terminate or change the itinerary by analyzing road, traffic and driving conditions.
- Parking, tolls and International Bridge fees will be billed to the client
